Shipping Policy

We want your MOVvT order to reach you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your orders across India.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is verified.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and national public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location within India. Metro cities are usually at the faster end; remote or rural pin codes may take a little longer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking link via email and WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery in real time. Please ensure your email address and WhatsApp number are correctly entered at checkout.

If you do not receive a tracking link within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at admin@movvt.com.

Confirmation Payment

A one-time, non-refundable confirmation payment of ₹100 is required at checkout to process your order. In the event of a return or cancellation, this amount will not be included in your refund.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
The ₹100 is collected at checkout and adjusted against your order total. You only pay the remaining balance at the time of delivery.

Credit Card / Debit Card / UPI
The full order amount is charged at the time of placement.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. At checkout, you can verify if your pin code is covered. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment
MOVvT is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of ordering
In case of a failed delivery attempt, our logistics partner will try again or leave a contact for rescheduling
