We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we've made the return and refund process as simple as possible. Please read this policy before raising a request — it'll help us resolve things faster for you.

Return & Exchange Window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after 7 days from the delivery date will not be eligible.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed, in their original condition
  • Tags intact and attached
  • Original receipt or invoice included
  • Preferably in the original packaging

How to Raise a Request

Email us at admin@movvt.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include the following in your email:

  • Your Order ID
  • The email address used at checkout
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photos of the item (if defective or incorrect)

Our team will respond within 24 business hours with the next steps.

We arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address

Item Verified
Once received, our team verifies the item's condition

Refund Processed
Refund initiated within 24 hours of verification

Refund Details
Refund Timeline & Method
Processing Time Refunds are initiated within 24 hours of item verification
Refund Method Credited to the original payment method (card, UPI, wallet, net banking)
Credit Timeline 7–10 working days after initiation, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping Deduction A flat ₹100 shipping charge is deducted from the refund amount to cover reverse logistics
COD Orders For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed by the pickup partner directly. Please retain your pickup receipt

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items returned after 7 days from the delivery date
  • Items that are used, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Items with removed or tampered tags
  • Products marked as Final Sale or part of a limited drop
  • Items returned without the original receipt or invoice

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email admin@movvt.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your Order ID. In such cases, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund with no shipping deduction.
