Order & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across India to all major cities and towns. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your pin code, you can check at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Metro cities may receive orders sooner. You'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. A ₹100 shipping fee applies to orders below this amount.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order under My Account on our website.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 4 hours of placing your order. Reach out to us at admin@movvt.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Items that show signs of wear or have been washed are not eligible.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Email us at admin@movvt.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps within 48 hours. Please do not send items back without prior confirmation from our team.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. We understand sizing can be tricky — that's why we make exchanges simple. Contact us with your order details and preferred size and we'll sort it out.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 24 hours to your original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's done.
Sizing & Fit
What sizes do you offer?
MOVvT T-shirts and pants are available in sizes M through XXL. Select pants are offered in 3XL to 5XL. Each product page includes a detailed size guide.
Do your fits run true to size?
MOVvT fits true to size for most body types. Our fits are designed specifically for the Indian body — athletic and true to size. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit for training, we suggest sizing up.
Is there a size guide?
Yes — every product page has a size guide with chest, waist, and hip measurements. When in doubt, measure up.
Product & Fabric
What fabrics do you use?
We use premium performance fabrics engineered for movement — sweat-wicking, stretch-friendly, and built to last through intense training and everyday wear.
Are the fabrics see-through during workouts?
Not at all. Every MOVvT fabric is tested for opacity through full range of motion. Whether you're in a deep squat or a sprint, you're covered.
How do I care for my MOVvT gear?
Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Avoid fabric softeners — they break down performance fibres over time. Tumble dry low or air dry flat. Do not iron directly on prints or logos.
Will the fabric shrink after washing?
Our fabrics are pre-treated to minimise shrinkage. Following the care instructions above will ensure your apparel maintains its fit and quality wash after wash.
Do the pants have pockets?
Yes. All MOVvT bottoms come with functional pockets designed to stay secure during movement.
Are the waistbands adjustable?
Our bottoms feature a wide, supportive waistband engineered to stay in place — no rolling, no riding down. Select styles include a drawstring for a more customised fit. Check the individual product page for details.

What does MOVvT mean and how do you say it?
It's pronounced "Move it." The name says exactly what the brand is about — fabric and construction that moves with your body, not against it. The lowercase "v" isn't a typo. It's intentional — a visual nod to the idea that even small details carry meaning.

MOVvT is proudly Indian — designed in India, for the way Indians move, train, and live.

Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, popular wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All available payment options will be shown at checkout.
Is COD available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on select orders and pin codes. You'll see if COD is available for your location at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Completely. MOVvT uses industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways. We never store your card or payment details on our servers.
What if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, please do not attempt the transaction multiple times immediately. First check whether the amount has been deducted from your account. If it has, it will automatically be refunded within 5–7 business days by your bank. If the issue persists, contact us at admin@movvt.com and we will resolve it within 48 hours.
My money was deducted but I didn't receive an order confirmation — what do I do?
This can occasionally happen due to a network interruption during checkout. Please contact us with your registered email or phone number and we will locate your order and confirm it manually within 48 hours. You will not be charged twice.
Bulk Orders
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes — we welcome bulk orders for gyms, corporate gifting, sports teams, and institutions. Write to us at admin@movvt.com with your requirements and we'll get back to you with a custom quote.
How do I get a quote?
Please fill out the Bulk Order form at the bottom of our page under Customer Care and our team will respond with pricing and timelines within 48 hours.
